Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:

Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare circumstances:

A duplicate payment was made in error

A technical error on our end prevented access to a purchased product or service
In such cases, the request must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the transaction. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these criteria.
No Refund for Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to use the purchased service or product.
Rescheduling or Credit (Where Applicable)

For one-on-one consultations or online coaching sessions:

Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

In some cases, a credit may be offered at our sole discretion for future use
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Nic Move to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to block future transactions from such clients.
